30 Day Shred
Sup lovelies (:
I started the 30 Day Shred Program by Jillian Michaels. Yesterday was my first day. It is definitely a bit of a challenge! It makes you sweat like crazy, and when I woke up this morning I was sore all over so I know it’s working! Amazing how a 20 minute workout can REALLY work your butt off. Anyways, I’m super excited to be doing this 30 day challenge & I will let you know my results. I’ll post before and after photos on my last day >.<
My starting weight is 185lbs.
(Keep in mind I weighed myself on the night of Day 2, after starting the program)
I am also going to be incorporating more whole grains, fruits, and veggies into my diet with an energy limit of 1500 calories per day. Before I was limiting myself to 1200 calories per day but I calculated my BMR today and it said that I NEED to consume ATLEAST 1600calories. I don’t really want to eat that many a day so I think I’m just gonna keep it between the 1300-1500 calorie range.
